These mats and the bedsheets are the best things I have ever ever bought for myself …. and now others! It just makes your bed a place you do not want to leave. A definite palpable feel good factor!!! If your bed could you any more of a hug this is it!!! I’m perimenopausal and insomnia was my best friend. Now I don’t even take sleep meds anymore! I’m stunned by this product and how good it is that I’m looking into other products to incorporate in my life! I also love the fact that these products are from an Irish seller ☘️!! 🙌🙌10 Stars!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This grounding mat has been a life saver.
I’m going through Kundalini awakening at the moment so it has been very difficult to stay grounded with all of the extra energy flowing through my nervous system and energy body.
I have been using the grounding mat for the past week now and it has really made a huge difference in how I’m able to manage the excessive energies.
